Supporting others is deeply rewarding—but it can also be draining. This interactive workshop helps participants explore how personal values shape boundaries, recognize signs of burnout and compassion fatigue, and build confidence in facing imposter syndrome.

• Understanding how values and lived experience shape the limits we set

• Recognizing burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma - and their causes

• Imposter syndrome and its ties to identity

• Practical tools to quiet self-doubt and strengthen confidence
